Premium Pricing
Vivaha is free to join and free to use. Vivaha Premium is an optional paid subscription that removes the daily limit on profiles and unlocks a small number of additional features. This page states what it costs and how the billing works.
1. Free account
Every Vivaha account, without paying anything, includes:
- Creating a full profile, including photos and partner preferences
- Browsing up to 10 profiles per day in discovery
- Searching for members using the search filters
- Sending and receiving interest requests
- Privacy and visibility controls, blocking, and reporting
2. Vivaha Premium
Premium adds:
- Unlimited profiles — the daily discovery limit no longer applies
- See who viewed your profile

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm. The price shown to you at the moment you confirm the purchase is the price that applies.
4. Automatic renewal
A Premium subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period — one month or twelve months, depending on the plan you chose — it renews for another period of the same length at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged. This continues until you cancel.
Your current renewal date is shown on the Premium page inside Vivaha at any time. If we change the price, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal — never to a period you have already paid for.
5. Who bills you
Where you buy Premium determines who takes the payment and where you manage it:
- On the web (app.vivaha.net) — billed by Eleven-Eleven Works LLC through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment form and are never held by Vivaha. Manage or cancel it from Premium in Vivaha on the web, which opens the Stripe billing portal
- In the Android app — billed by Google through Google Play. Manage or cancel at Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- In the iPhone or iPad app — billed by Apple through the App Store. Manage or cancel at Settings → your name → Subscriptions
You can only hold one Premium subscription at a time. If one store is already billing you, Vivaha will not let you buy again elsewhere until that subscription has ended — this is deliberate, so that you cannot be charged twice for the same thing.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation timing, what happens to a payment that fails, what happens when you delete your account, and your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Questions about a charge
Write to us at support@11-11works.com before disputing a charge with your bank — we would rather put it right directly. Full billing terms are in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
