Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may and may not do on Vivaha. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and the definitions and protections there apply here too. Breaking any rule below may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of your account, and — where the conduct may be criminal — a report to law enforcement.
1. You must be 18 or older
Vivaha is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the service. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are terminated when identified, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
2. Nothing illegal
You may not use Vivaha to commit, plan, promote, facilitate, or encourage any act that is illegal under any law that applies to you, to Eleven-Eleven Works LLC, or to the person you are dealing with. Nor may you use Vivaha to aid, abet, or encourage anyone else in doing so.
3. Prohibited content
Profile photos, profile text, and anything else you submit to Vivaha must not contain:
- Sexually explicit material of any kind. Vivaha is a matrimony service. Nudity, pornography, and sexually explicit images or descriptions are not permitted in profile photos, profile text, or any other content
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAE/CSAM), or any sexualised depiction of a minor, real or generated. This is absolutely prohibited and is dealt with under our Child Safety & CSAE Policy
- Sexual violence, or content that depicts, promotes, glorifies, or threatens it
- Non-consensual sexual content, including intimate images shared without the consent of everyone shown in them
- Content promoting human trafficking or sexual exploitation, including advertising, recruiting for, arranging, or paying for commercial sexual services
- Violent, graphic, or hateful content, or content that harasses or degrades any person or group
- Someone else's photograph or personal details presented as your own
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not, on or through Vivaha:
- Engage in, facilitate, or encourage human trafficking or the sexual exploitation of any person
- Aid, abet, or encourage abuse — including sexual abuse, domestic abuse, or abuse of a child or a vulnerable adult — whether the abuse would occur on Vivaha or elsewhere
- Commit fraud or run a scam of any kind, including romance fraud, advance-fee requests, investment or cryptocurrency solicitation, or any request for money, gift cards, or financial details under a false pretext
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or affiliation
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person
- Exploit another user — financially, sexually, or otherwise — or target anyone because they appear vulnerable
- Solicit or arrange commercial sexual activity
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, or use Vivaha for a commercial purpose we have not authorised
- Collect or harvest other users' personal data, by scraping or any other means
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its servers, or another person's account
- Transmit malware or any other harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the service
- Evade a suspension or ban by creating another account
5. Reporting a violation
Every profile in Vivaha has a report option, and you can block any member at any time. Reporting is the fastest route: reports reach our moderation queue directly and are reviewed by a person.
You can also report by email to support@11-11works.com. Please include the profile name or link and what you saw, so we can act on it without having to come back to you first.
Child safety concerns take priority over everything else. To report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, email support@11-11works.com with the subject line Child Safety Report, or use the in-app report option and choose the child-safety category. Our Child Safety & CSAE Policy sets out how these reports are handled, including reporting to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service and cannot intervene in a situation as it happens.
6. Law enforcement
Where we identify conduct that may be criminal, Eleven-Eleven Works LLC cooperates with law enforcement and may report it, preserve the relevant records, and disclose account information as required by law or valid legal process. Section 5 of our Terms of Service sets out how law-enforcement requests should be sent to us, and how we respond to them.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate an account that breaches this Policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Where an account is terminated for a breach, any Premium subscription may end without a refund, except where the law requires otherwise — see our Refund Policy.
Deleting an account does not erase reports made about it. Reports and the evidence attached to them are retained so that deleting an account cannot be used to erase a record of abuse.
8. Appeals
If we suspend or remove your account, you can ask us to look at it again. Email support@11-11works.com with the subject Account Appeal, from the email address registered to the account, within 30 days of the action. Tell us anything you think we got wrong or did not know.
An administrator reviews the appeal against the original report, the evidence recorded at the time, and the reviewing administrator's notes, together with whatever you send us. Where practical, the appeal is looked at by someone other than the person who made the original decision. We acknowledge an appeal within 3 business days and decide within 10 business days.
If the appeal succeeds and the account was suspended, we reinstate it with your data intact. If the account was deleted, the data is gone and cannot be restored — deletion is a permanent erasure, not a hold — so a successful appeal in that case means you are free to register again. If the appeal is denied, we tell you the outcome and which part of this Policy it rests on. That decision is final unless you can give us new information.
One exception. Decisions involving child sexual abuse or exploitation are not subject to reinstatement. Those accounts stay permanently removed, and the associated evidence is retained and reported as the law requires.
